Rhodes is an island in the Dodecanese and receives thousands of tourists each year from around the world. One of the main reasons to visit Rhodes is to swim on one of the beautiful beaches of the island.

Let me take you to the most beautiful beaches of Rhodes. Whether you are traveling with friends, family, alone or to find something different, Rhodes will leave you with the best experiences.

Elli: It is considered the best beach in the Mediterranean. It is a sandy beach with clear waters. It has all kinds of entertainment and can be visited by families and also young people in order to enjoy the nightlife. It is an organized beach and has sunbeds and umbrellas. It is located in the city center and the visitor can visit it at any time of the day.

Faliraki: It is one of the most famous beaches in the world. It is a sandy beach and is usually quite noisy as it is visited by families, young people, and couples. It is an organized beach and near the beach, you can find taverns and bars for fun until the morning. The beach also has water sports and the bus itineraries to and from the center of Rhodes operate until late at night.

Traganou or Traounou: It is located a little further from Faliraki and is known mainly for the cave that exists on one side. It is not fully organized but the visitor can find umbrellas sunbeds and a canteen.

TIP: The beach has been awarded a “Blue Flag” which confirms its dazzling waters.

Anthony Quinn: This is a beautiful beach that is surrounded by rocks and has crystal clear waters. It has an incredible natural landscape and the beach is organized.

TIP: In August, the beach receives the most visitors, so finding a parking lot and sun lounger is very difficult. For this reason, it is better to go early in the morning.

Afandou: This is a beach with a large area and no one will be bothered by the crowds. The visitor can sit where he wants and the beach has many canteens so that you can get water, coffee, or food. However, if you are traveling with young children, it is advisable to avoid visiting this beach as the water deepens. This beach has also been awarded the “Blue Flag”.

Prasonisi Beach: It is a beach characterized by strong winds, to the point that they can drag even the sunbeds. If you are a fan of sports that combine sea and air such as windsurfing or kite surfing, then this is the perfect place for you. However, if you do not deal so much with these sports, then the beach can offer you a wonderful view as well as surprise you with the fact that it divides the sea in two.

. 📸: @solmarvillas . #MondayMotivation #holidayinspiration #travelgram #instatravel #travelinspiration #Rhodes #Rodos #Prasonisi #bucketlist #escapism #beachlover #holidayready #summerholiday #holidaytime #passportready #GreekIsland #VisitGreece #AegeanSea #Mediterranean #villaholidays #ThatsWhatWeDo #griechenland #sommer #sommerurlaub . @visitgreece

Nudist Beach Mantomata: For those who prefer nudism, the beach is ideal. Easily accessible and organized. There is also a restaurant with food, although many find it expensive. However, you can buy drinks and food from a mini-market and take them with you.

Günaydın🌞 Mandomata (Nudist) Beach Rodos Adası'nda bulunan ÇIPLAKLAR PLAJI. Burası insanların büyük oranda çırılçıplak denize girip güneşlendikleri halka açık, sakin ve dingin bir plaj. Böyle bir plajın Türkiye'de olduğunu ve halka açık olduğunu hayal bile edemiyorum.🙈🙈🙈 #nudistbeach #mandomata #rhodes #rodos #greece #greekisland #greek #nudist #beach #vacation #gezi #tatil #travel #discover #mycapture #cokgezenlerklubu #gezentiannegreece
